Rates for Services:
Diagnostic Evaluation $175.00
Individual Psychotherapy $140.00
Family/Couples Psychotherapy $175.00
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Self-Pay accepted along with Reduced Fees
Reduced fee services are available on a sliding scale based on income requirements and guidelines similar to Idaho Health and Welfare Income requirements.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment (through square)
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $40.00 No-Show/Late Cancel fee. The fee has be waived for the moment due to the issues with COVID-19 to help our clients in this stressful time. If we change our fees you will be notified by email of the change.
