Counselor / Clinician
Now Hiring! Currently have openings in Boise clinic for an experienced LCPC, LCSW, or LPC.
Our clinic provides outpatient psychotherapy services in a mental health clinic setting. Our clinic serves all types of clients, at all ages.
DOE – Part-time to start, then move to full time status.
All administrative duties are provided by the clinic.
Clinic Hours: 8:00am-8:00pm. Flexible schedule available.
Expectations:
- Effective communicator and have the ability to build rapport with clients
- Innovative problem solver
- Good interviewing skills
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele
- Experience develop and execute individualized treatment plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently with the ability to market themselves in the community
- Must have 3 - 5 years of experience post masters in the field of counseling.
- Experience in case management, CBRS, or peer support a plus
- Experience supervising supportive clinical services a plus
Qualifications:
- Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in counseling or social work, currently be licensed in the state of Idaho. Required to pass a federal/state background check and drug test
- Supervision is available for LPC, if needed.
- Must have 3 - 5 years of experience post masters in the field of counseling.
- Prefer previous experience working with children, individual, family, couple psychotherapy; and employee assistant programs as a counselor..
- Experience with electronic health records enforced by HIPPA laws
- Experienced diagnosing clients
- Experience administering Beck Inventories and/or other assessments
- Maintain accurate client documentation with in the time frame established by clinic and/or insurance company
- Required to become credentialed with all insurance companies we currently have relationships with and any future insurance companies.
- Adhere to clinics policies, procedures and the professional code of ethics. As well as maintaining licensure standards.

- Must have no criminal background and no disciplinary action against your occupational license.
